We provide mockups of your custom picks via email before we print. All mockups provided are only digital portrayals of the final product. Depending on the set up of your computer monitor, colors may appear different to what they will be on your picks.
As all our inks are not completely opaque, printing on black or dark colored picks will result in a darker shade (for example, white print on black picks may be slightly grey). We can only accurately color match when the picks are white.
A good print needs good artwork
We can clean up your art to a point, but if it’s really blurry or jagged, don’t expect a nice clean print. For best results please follow our artwork specifications. Having said that, all care is taken so that your picks look as close as possible to the provided mockup.
Our Delrin picks are a slightly lighter shade of black due to the finishing process applied to the plastic. They will darken over time with use.
Celluloid picks are stamped out of randomly produced celluloid sheets. With this in mind all our celluloid picks will be slightly different, this sometimes includes thickness and size.
Also, some celluloid’s have some clear plastic moulded into them, mainly Rainbow and Tortoiseshell. These bits of plastic leave see-through sections of the pick. We recommend only printing onto one side of these celluloids.
Our Polycarbonate and Delrin picks have a small raised letter L, M or H at the top of the pick on one side, to denote gauge. This is part of the pick mould and cannot be removed. Others have the lettering “Grover Allman AUSTRALIA” moulded onto one side, such as our Transparent Polycarbonate range. If this is an issue with you please ask us about this before you order. We do not recommend printing on this side of these picks, as the lettering is raised and will break up the print.
Since you are ordering a customized product, we do not accept returns. We will only re-run an order of picks if there was a mistake on our end such as wrong color print, pick material or gauge.
